Newport News shipbuilders continue to make progress on the refueling and complex overhaul of USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). Check out this time-lapse video of a 50-ton lift, which includes bulkhead and deck sections of the aft end of the U.S. Navy aircraft carrier’s island. This is part of an effort to accommodate a much larger main mast.
