Newport News Shipbuilding employees can help ensure there are blood supplies during the holiday season. There are two NNS blood drives scheduled this month: Dec. 12 at Bldg. 520 and Dec. 18 at Bldg. 888 (Brooks Crossing). The American Red Cross relies on shipbuilders to replenish the local blood supply. A charge is provided for all blood donors. Register online at www.redcrossblood.org.
