Newport News Shipbuilding sponsored the One City Marathon on March 2, and NNS volunteers at Water Station 13 braved chilly weather to cheer on the runners.

Randall Spence was this year’s team captain and made sure the station was ready to go early in the morning. High-energy music and fun signs encouraged runners to cross the finish line.
