As we prepare to celebrate the Independence Day holiday, I invite you to watch this moving guitar performance of the national anthem by one of our own – NNS firefighter and Apprentice School graduate William Davis IV. We filmed him in our shipyard as a symbolic reminder that shipbuilding is more than a job. It’s an honorable and noble calling that directly supports the freedoms we hold so dear. Thank you for keeping our Navy safe and our nation free.
