Benefits annual enrollment is April 25-May 6 this year. Annual enrollment is a great time for employees to review their benefits and make necessary changes. Employees represented by the United Steelworkers must actively enroll in a new medical plan by May 6 to have medical coverage for the 2022-2023 plan year.

All employees can take advantage of HII’s virtual benefits fair to learn about benefit plan options, listen to presentations and chat with benefits representatives. The virtual benefits fair opens Monday, April 18, to allow employees to explore their benefit options prior to annual enrollment. Special live presentations will be held April 26 and 27, but employees can access the fair and visit the virtual booths, watch videos and more any time from April 18 to May 28.
