Shipbuilders throughout the company are actively collecting essential school supplies in support of the annual School Tools Drive. It’s not too late to show you care. Bring tangible items to one of over 200 donation boxes or go online to YouGiveGoods (http://yougivegoods.com/nnsschooltools2023) to donate to a specific agency. Look for donation boxes at the gate entrance turnstiles and throughout the buildings. The drive ends Friday, Aug. 11.

All donation boxes should be dropped off at Brooks Crossing Innovation Center – located at 550 30th St. in Newport News – starting Monday, Aug. 14. Please try to sort supplies into like items. Email [email protected] or contact Juli Street at 757-688-2196 to schedule a drop off time. Volunteers are needed to sort, pack and deliver items.
