Employee Resource Groups

Published November 1, 2024

Led by executive sponsors and open to all Newport News Shipbuilding employees, our employee resource groups (ERGs) provide opportunities for personal and professional development, leadership, mentoring, volunteerism, networking and cultural enrichment. These employee-run networks connect employees who want to become more engaged with their colleagues and the company. ERGs also support our recruiting, retention and sustainability programs.

Perhaps most importantly, ERGs give employees a voice.
