Newport News Shipbuilding employees volunteered to clean up and spread mulch around trees and shrubs on Earth Day.

Volunteers gathered April 22 at Christopher Newport Park, the Victory Arch area, the Huntington Park beachfront and Oakland Industrial Park for the annual event.
